SRC Travel implemented Dynamics CRM as its core customer system, containing personal info, travel itineraries, etc. SRC Travel had a requirement to give customers access to this data, providing self- service for address changes and uploading destination information, visa forms, and other documents. The customer portal needed to be available 24/7 and provide fast and reliable performance.

SOLUTION
Thanks to Microsoft Azure development tools, QS solutions delivered what SRC Travel needed: a web- based customer portal integrated with Dynamics CRM that handles peak volumes of traffic. Customer data is stored in Microsoft Azure tables for optimal performance, and is synchronized to Dynamics CRM, ensuring that the customer portal still functions normally if Dynamics CRM is not available.
