This is a necessary step to position St. John’s for future capabilities Begins to align all (both student and faculty) to the Office 365 Platform Greater storage for Enables better integration and collaboration with students, who are already using Office 365 for Provides greater system support and reliance on systems located on the University campus for access

Upcoming Changes Office of INFORMATION technology First phase of migration will provide an improved interface for Outlook Web Access These changes are highlighted in the subsequent slides You will receive a direct communication before you are upgraded, so you know when the change will happen to you. Not all upgrades are happening at the same time.

Message Grouping Office of INFORMATION technology By default, all messages under the same subject heading are grouped together By clicking on the down arrow next to the message, you can view all messages related to that conversation You can change this option to “off” by clicking on “Conversations By Date”
