4 Why do we need tools like Engage?
Clinical trial recruitment can be difficult. Recruitment difficulties can result in time and cost overruns. There is no authoritative, lay-friendly national source of information on currently recruiting clinical trials. Engage can be customized for any locale / institution by simply changing the query string sent to the clinicaltrials.gov API during automated trial database updates.

Naïve Bayes and Support Vector Machine tested Bag of words Implemented in Python / scikit-learn Ground truth: 836 trials manually classified by 3 raters Validation set: 2,900 trials with a known category Results, Naïve Bayes: 93.8% accuracy in 10-fold cross validation 74.5% accuracy against the validation data set.
