L.T. System CFRP (1mm) The pictures shows side view as well as rear view of the liquid target system. The system consist of Cryostat, that enable to reach the temperature of 4 K, the scattering chamber and target cell. In this system hydrogen, deuterium and helium4 can be liquidlized by 4K Cryostat. The gas is filled via the entrance port and is cooled down in first stage and second stage. First the liquid is stored in this cooling room and transported to the target cell via 1/8 inchi copper pipe. The vacuum chamber around target cell was made of 1mm thick Carbon fiber to reduce material. For 3cm LH2, Fe % Al % CFRP 29% g

Target stage The target cell is made of Kapton cell with 125 um thick, and this is fixed in target stage. two gas pipe are connected to target stage. In the rear part of the target stage. there is a ellisipical widow made of Kapton sheet. Target stage is fixed in copper nose is shown by this figure. 25mm 33 mm

Nagai manufacturing Co.,Ltd. ( ) Plastic molding, etc. Target cell was made of kapton sheet and consist of two part, Upper part of cell was made molding katon sheet with the precision of 50 um and this was produced by Nagai company. The cylindorical part was made using several parts of kapton sheet as well as for the rear window of stage. These part was glued by the Stycast. After the cell was tested using N h Leak test (2 atm) using N2 gas.
