MMISR replaces the existing MMIS, in operation since 2002

5. Project Approach MMISR is not traditional waterfall
Module procurements via RFP and module integration are staggered over 2+years
Integration is iterative, with waterfall elements
Iterative deployment of 500+ interfaces and Iterative development of business process orchestration
MMISR project will visit both TARC and PCC regularly to share updates on approach
Utilizing a special approach to fit a non-traditional project
