Clear Your Cache
Step 1 Click the … in the upper right corner of your browser
Step 2 Select Settings
Step 3 Under Settings unselect browser history
Step 4 Check all boxes down to “Passwords” and click the Clear button
Clear Your SSL
Step 1 So far, there is no way to view the certificates in the Microsoft Edge browser.
Step 2 However, you could access the same website in the Internet Explorer to view the actual certificates and delete the old ones.
Receiving a Red Banner Error Message

Test/Assessments/Weeks/Folders/etc…
Step 1 Open the course
Step 2 Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the item you want to make available
Step 3 For folders click show links
Step 4 For assignments and test select adaptive release
Step 5 Set adaptive release dates for the time period you want the students to be able to have access to those items

Step 3 Under General/Browsing history click the delete button
Step 4 Check all boxes down to “Passwords” and click the Delete button
Clear Your SSL
Step 3 Under Content click the Clear SSL state
Step 4 Click “Ok”
