Can’t access tests Verify your URL Are you on ssi.ellc.learn.army.mil Clear Your Cache Step 1 Click the … in the upper right corner of your browser Step 2 Select Settings Step 3 Under Settings unselect browser history Step 4 Check all boxes down to “Passwords” and click the Clear button Clear Your SSL Step 1 So far, there is no way to view the certificates in the Microsoft Edge browser. Step 2 However, you could access the same website in the Internet Explorer to view the actual certificates and delete the old ones. Receiving a Red Banner Error Message Learners accidently submitted test Reset students test Step 1 Click the dropdown arrow next to the grade Step 2 Select View grade details Step 3 Click clear attempt Step 4 Select Ok Submit a Trouble Ticket Step 1 Blackboard SSI Home page Step 2 Resource Links Step 3 Submit SSI Blackboard Trouble Ticket Step 4 Complete the popup form click save in the lower right corner (if Blackboard is offline use Blackboard trouble ticket in SharePoint ) Blackboard not saving answers Auto save function Step 1 Students should save after answering each question or at a minimum every fifth question Learners can’t see test Make Test Available Must be an Admin Step 1 Click admin tab Step 2 Select Courses Step 3 Search for the course to be made available Step 4 Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the Course ID Step 5 Select Make available Learner can’t see lesson content Make Content available Test/Assessments/Weeks/Folders/etc… Step 1 Open the course Step 2 Click the dropdown arrow to the right of the item you want to make available Step 3 For folders click show links Step 4 For assignments and test select adaptive release Step 5 Set adaptive release dates for the time period you want the students to be able to have access to those items Instructor can’t see all tabs on left side Edit mode is off Step 1 Click the edit mode in the upper right corner of the page
