Pick up loose parts Resistor and plug left on floor

Disassemble and disconnect the cart from motion sensor, pulley wheels, and photo gates

Place the disassembled accessories into the proper plastic boxes

10 Photo gate storage Disassemble photo gates from accessories and put them into the plastic boxes

Place all parts of the acceleration sensor back into the proper bag, twist tie the cord BE CAREFUL WITH THE SMALL SCREWS!

Gently turn the selector switch one click at a time DO NOT TURN TOO QUICKLY!

When you have finished the experiment, be sure that the multi-meter is turned off

Match up the black cord and red cord for your multi-meter, then wrap them around the multi-meter

Do not over tighten the clamps. They should be finger tight only.

When finished with force tables, tape the mass hangers in place on the top of the table.

23 Using clamps When using clamps to secure objects to the lab tables, do not over tighten. All clamps should be finger tight only to avoid damaging the lab tables.

24 Safety issues When unplugging electrical equipment, pull with the plug – not with the cord.

25 Safety issues Handle dynamic cart tracks with care.
Support the weight in the center for balance. When turning, hold the track vertically to avoid hitting someone.
