3. Advantages in requesting a Provisional Booking
SDP’s are not required to have a Provisional Booking. They can skip this step, and can directly request a Confirmed Booking.
Advantages in requesting a Provisional Booking
Verification of learning must be conducted within 3 months of the completion of the final Skills Programme (Completion = Summative Assessment)
To ensure INSETA has available the Verifier and your preferred Verification visit date = book early
‘Booking Early’ also ensures the SDP will meet the 3 month Verification requirement.

4. Booking Early = SDP Submits a Provisional Verification Request

Within 3 working days, inseta.org.za will to SDP a Provisional Verification Date

5. Converting a Provisional Verification to a Confirmed Verification
When INSETA provides the SDP with a Provisional Verification date the SDP will receive a “Dropbox” Invitation.
12 working days prior to the Provisional Verification Date, the SDP uploads the following docs to the allocated Dropbox folder:
1. Verification Application: Confirmed
2. Learner List(s)
3. NLRD(s)
4. Assessor & Moderator Report(s)
INSETA will send a Calendar Confirmation of the date to the SDP. The SDP’s must send an “acceptance”
