7. How to Pay for Events
All payments and forms must be submitted to the church office. Outside office hours, they may be put in the drop slot outside the front of the office. All payments must be given to the Financial Secretary, Carol Reed – please do not hand to Mark. Make sure to put in the Memo your student name and event name. If cash, please attach a paper with name and event. Also, create an E-Giving account on and mark it for the event itself.

8. Digital Medical Release
We need all families to fill one of these Medical Release Forms out which are good for one year. They are located on our youth website ( in the Mail Chimp in the left column, or going to and selecting an event. back to

Rules & Code of Conduct: - READ entire page of Rules & Code of Conduct with your student Half-day Wednesday (7th-12th graders) - Zoombezi Bay - Bring money for dinner and snacks. We will be going out to dinner!
