Health Advocate client since January 1, 2017 21,802 Employees Challenge: Client has a national workforce that is always traveling. They wanted their employees to be selling during business hours, not spending time dealing with health or insurance-related issues. However, their challenge was how to inform their employees of the new service since they were constantly on the move.

Solution: Health Advocate helped the client develop a communications plan to announce the program and then to keep the program top-of-mind throughout the year. The plan started with a home mailing in January announcing the service, followed by two s that directly addressed some of the client’s pain points: second opinions and medical bills. We also created posters to be placed in the company headquarters. In addition, we were added to the client’s existing benefits phone tree to make it easy for employees to reach us.
