UHF Repeater ownership –
Ownership proposal sent via to Lugo and Maddson (RFA rep) on 2/15 (cc: to Board).
Received positive response, Lugo is coordinating a meeting for early March – Ken to attend at minimum, LNS if feasible.
LNS will draft an initial MOU re: assets per
May result in 2 MOUs – one re: assets, one re: Emcomm support.

9. HARC Treasury Audit From Bylaws….
AUDIT AND FILINGS. The HARC’s financial records for the current fiscal year are to be submitted by the outgoing treasurer for an audit to be completed by April 30th. The audit team shall consist of at least two non-officer members appointed by the President. The Treasurer shall facilitate the filing of all appropriate financial records and required reports to the State of Washington and Internal Revenue Service on or before the respective filing deadlines.

Ferrite cores on mouse (3), keyboard, ethernet, power, and Signalink USB cables.
Already had ferrites on antenna coax cables
Video cable already had a ferrite from factory (visible)
