Markgraf Founder/CEO Technology Implementation Plan TIP Instructor NOTES: Keep it to a 15 minute presentation It’s not about never getting mad, being upset, or having a general bad day; it’s about recognizing who you are everyday and how to manage that. What takes longer-to build or to destroy? One person can quickly destroy what many did to build it. 2 What is tip? Purpose: Responsibility:
The competitive edge means to stay ahead of, or at least, keep up with Technology. Responsibility: The short answer is: everyone is responsible. Presenter NOTES: Purpose: Continual research of current technology is on-going Continual evaluation of current program deliveries and how things can be improved is on-going Continual evaluation of the customer base and what their needs are is on-going Responsibility: Each person asks and forwards ALL customer experience and feedback to corporate leadership The Accordant Presidents will be responsible for review, study, and subsequent implementation proposals to the CEO 11/18/2018 It's not about controlling people's choices, rather it's about providing them opportunity to effectively evaluate choices

3 Tip: 5-year plan 2016: Will be devoted to evaluating current program(s) and current technology being used : Have we included all methods of customer access to our services Presenter NOTES: 2016: What service(s) require online technology to the customer What current technology is being used to deliver service(s) What technology is available that is not being used How can unused technology be used with the service(s) provided What is the competition doing and how can we do it better : Program assessment that reviews incorporation of current technologies of: IPads, Smartphones, etc Program assessment that reviews future possibilities: fit bits and other similar items : Program application should be at a point to where program assessment and customer needs are routinely evaluated Program procedures include routine reviews of current technologies and how it can be implemented Employee development is on-going that teaches what are and how to use current technologies NOTE: SWOT analysis will be a quarterly process. : Are we in cruise mode 11/18/2018 It's not about controlling people's choices, rather it's about providing them opportunity to effectively evaluate choices

Excellence Integrity Service Truth Presenter NOTES: Faith: The accordant Group will always be guided by God’s plan and faith in His presence. Excellence: The relentless pursuit of perfection knowing it is unattainable will teach each of excellence. Integrity: Never compromising the core values of Christianity and staying focused on what Jesus would do. Service: The outcomes of whatever we do is about how we took care of the client, without regard to personal gain. Truth: Transparency with each other and our clientele reveals to all the love of Christ. The 5-year plan provides specific goals within the Accordant Consulting area. The Strategic plan is the global goals of The Accordant Group (TAG). TAG has three corporate programs identified by TAG Phase one, TAG phase two, and TAG phase three. 5 Tip: Strategic Plan 2017 - 2022 By the end of 2017, TAG will have:
Detailed a study of at least one client Reached out to the major cities within the State of Arizona Will have grown that incorporates a full time Mentor or Practitioner Presenter NOTES: By implementing the goals within the 5-year plan the strategic plan will be pursued. 11/18/2018 It's not about controlling people's choices, rather it's about providing them opportunity to effectively evaluate choices

6 Tip: Strategic Plan 2017 - 2022 By the end of 2018, TAG will have:
Detailed a study of at least five clients Reached out to all the cities acting as county seats within the State of Arizona Will have grown that incorporates a full time Accordant Consulting President with at lease on additional mentor or practitioner. 7 Tip: Strategic Plan 2017 - 2022 By the end of 2020, TAG will have:
Detailed a study of at least 25 clients Reached out to the major cities in states surrounding Arizona Will have grown that incorporates four full time Mentors or Practitioners and a program support assistant. 8 Tip: Strategic Plan 2017 - 2022 By the end of 2022, TAG will have:
Detailed a study of at least 50 clients Reached out to all the major cities in the United States Will have grown that incorporates ten full time Mentors or Practitioners, a program support assistant, and an executive secretary Will have generated enough revenue to be able to initiate phase two Presenter NOTES: 11/18/2018 It's not about controlling people's choices, rather it's about providing them opportunity to effectively evaluate choices

9 Tip: Employee Succession Plan
Veteran Recruitment Internal professional progression Technology development Continued improvement Presenter NOTES: Tag is committed to the recruitment of Veterans who have been disabled as a result of actual combat The succession plan will allow employees to develop expertise that will follow the career progression model: Program Support Executive Secretary Professional Mentor Practitioner Vice-president President Senior President TAG will endeavor to implement current technology. Additionally, TAG will look for ways to improve with future technology that is not yet developed 4. TAG will budget for employee college development. 10 Conclusion TAG will continue to be focused on Christ’s great commission. We will endeavor to be the leader in our industry without ever forgetting the real focus of Christ.
