Detailed description of contract:
Refurbishment works to Wards A23 & B50 Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham.
Work included extensive refurbishment to bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, patient kitchen, server, clinic & corridors including new cabinetry, joinery, sanity ware, floor finishes & decoration.

Working within trust policy to ensure secured access in a low level secure psychiatric ward to ensure the safety of out-patients in adjacent wards but within the boundaries of our site
Closely managing daily site staff movements as not to compromise the existing security measure and therefore maintaining the safety of out patients in adjacent wards
Strictly manage specific access/egress route through the building for delivery and disposal of materials to minimise interaction with staff, patients and the general public and therefore reducing there inherent risk to health & safety
