2. Why we use powerpoint:
To give presentations that provide a visual image to our audience
To help organize our thoughts
And to help our audience receive the information we are trying to give them
Typically in bullet points
Can contain multimedia
Great when used for teaching a lesson to a class

3. Images
I can change the layout of my slide to provide a more organized view of my picture, with the title above, and the caption right next to it.
This is helpful when showing pictures to your audience as it gives the picture a bigger box for better viewing.

4. Videos
I can also use a layout like the image one to show a video and give it a title and a caption.
You can edit the video, crop it, remove sound, add sound, and many more options.

5. Clipart You can change your layout to compare
And contrast different items, like clipart

6. copy and paste link- right click- hyperlink
I can also provide links and hyperlink them to the presentation so that when I click on the link it directly takes me to the page.

7. insert- media- audio recording
You can add audio to your presentation as well to help with certain lecture points. You can even change the sound icon with whatever picture you would like.

The presentation can include screen recordings.
This would be helpful in classes where technology is used and students need to see how certain things are accessed.

9. Smart shapes can be used to give a presentation emphasis…or for fun

It is helpful for the audience
It gives your presentation life
And can be beneficial for audience understanding
Media is useful in presentations and will continue to improve how the teacher can teach in the classroom by providing many opportunities to use technology.
