2.  All adult members can now access Compass
From Jan 28-March 14 the phased reintroduction of Compass took place, and all adults now have access. Thank you for your support during the planning and execution of the re- introduction phase.
Work is continuing locally to ensure that roles, disclosures, permits and training are correct may be ongoing, but great progress has been made.
‘Compass for adults’ is now in Business as Usual status. Some further functionality will come available over the next month, but we will continue to appropriately update it into the future. The next set of updates particularly include the interface with the Network project and further changes to the interface between Compass and Atlantic Data (needed to improve the management of the disclosure processes).
There are several ‘discoveries’ that have been made locally, including the need:
To follow the defined appointment & training processes [MMS was ‘lax’ on this]
For members to have the correct appointments for the tasks they complete so that they have the appropriate access to Compass.

5. Ongoing Support Superuser roles have been extended to April 30.
The Information Centre has now returned to “normal opening hours” (Mon-Fri: 9am-5pm; Sat: 9-12 noon)
We will soon move to automatic suspension of people with no disclosure.
