Schools are held to different requirements.
Title IA funded schools – Annual Review
Schools identified for improvement – Ongoing Reviews
Schools not funded by Title IA – Lots of Flexibility
Districts have a triennial requirement.
Plan creation – ODE Review Triennially
Plan implementation – Ongoing with Periodic Checks

No plans submitted for review June 2017
Plan submissions resume for 2018; date not set.

6. Flag to Reassess Flag to Reassess tags:
indicators fully implemented,
Indicators assessed as no development/not a priority,
objectives with completed tasks…
more than a specified number of years ago, to be reassessed by the school or district team.
States are able to choose to have their reassessment feature set for 1, 2, or 3 years.
Currently, this is set to 3 years in Oregon.
A flag on the main menu page will alert teams when indicators are marked for reassessment.
