Questions to be Addressed
Are we talking about schools or just districts? What is required for the school year? What should we be doing now that we have a plan? When will our plan be reviewed again? How will ODE monitor our plans?

Are we talking about schools or just districts?
Schools are held to different requirements. Title IA funded schools – Annual Review Schools identified for improvement – Ongoing Reviews Schools not funded by Title IA – Lots of Flexibility Districts have a triennial requirement. Plan creation – ODE Review Triennially Plan implementation – Ongoing with Periodic Checks

What is required of districts for the 2016-17 school year?
No plans submitted for review June 2017 Plan submissions resume for 2018; date not set. Continue implementation Consider monitoring your progress.

Updates and changes to Indistar Clarity on ODE’s expectations and available supports Consistency across districts for planning efforts

Flag to Reassess Flag to Reassess tags:
indicators fully implemented, Indicators assessed as no development/not a priority, objectives with completed tasks… more than a specified number of years ago, to be reassessed by the school or district team. States are able to choose to have their reassessment feature set for 1, 2, or 3 years. Currently, this is set to 3 years in Oregon. A flag on the main menu page will alert teams when indicators are marked for reassessment.
