1 Authors and institutions
E-POSTER TITLE Authors and institutions

2 Introduction Try to use a standard font.
Get creative! Add pictures, graphs, audio commentary, videos. The colours are your choice, noting that contrasting text and backgrounds will be more visible. Insert pictures in .PNG or .TIFF format – they give the sharpest results. You may have a maximum of 5 slides (Title slide + 4 content slides)

3 Objectives and aims Think about yourself as the audience.
How would you like to be presented with information ? Keep it simple and don’t overwhelm your audience with giant pages of small text. How best can you portray your research or product within the 4 slide limit ? Talk your audience through your points. Record audio directly through PowerPoint and insert into each slide. Record yourself presenting your poster and embed the video into your slide.

4 Materials and method The titles and slide sequence are a guide only.
Feel free to look at posters from AIEC 2017 here. The layout is only a guide. You may choose to add more or less image/text boxes and move them about as required. Creativity is encouraged, but keep it clear and readable.

5 Results and conclusions
Capture your main points about your case within the 4 slide limit. Think about the audience that will view your Poster post conference – embed videos, YouTube videos, and audio commentary to effectively get your point across Using Hyperlinks to external links, PDFs or videos can effectively provide information you might not be able to fit into your poster. Delegates will be able to contact you through the system if they have any questions or if they want to meet at the conference to discuss your work – make sure your address is correct! Tips for making a successful Poster… Simplify everything, avoid information overkill Headings should not be all capitals. Leave ample space around your text. Don’t overcrowd your poster. Use photographs and diagrams instead of text(.PNG format is preferred) Spell check and get someone else to proof-read your final version.
