Online Enrollment in your Employer Sponsored Pre-Tax Flexible Spending Accounts Benefit Plans

Online Enrollment You are able to enroll online during a specified period of time before the plan year start date. Your online open enrollment period is 11/24/2014 to 12/12/2014

Online Enrollment is a step-by-step process comprised of six steps:

Things to Remember when doing online enrollment:
Your plan year is 1/1/15 – 12/31/2015 The maximum you can elect for the Healthcare FSA is: $2,550. The minimum you can elect for the Healthcare FSA is: $0. The maximum that you can elect for the Limited FSA is: $2,550. The maximum you can elect for the Dependent FSA is: $5,000. If your Visa card is expiring you will automatically be issued a new one. (The expiration date is listed on your card.) If you are currently enrolled in direct deposit you do not have to submit a new form to HRCTS. If you would like to enroll in direct deposit please complete the form by following this link: Direct Deposit Authorization Form

To begin enrollment: Go to the Consumer Portal provided by HRC: Enter your Username and Password Note: If you do not have a username you can retrieve your assigned username and create your own password by following the account setup process shown here: hrcts.com/setup

Click the Enroll now link.

Please select the first plan year for the Limited FSA and Regular FSA.

Read the ‘Plan Descriptions’ and then Click ‘Begin Your Enrollment Now’.

Enter the information and click ‘Continue’.
If ‘Yes’ is entered for ‘Do you have any dependents’, the option to enter dependents will be available.

Enter the information and click ‘Add to List’ (if applicable).
When finished, click ‘Continue’.

Please note that Limited FSA card will work for Dental and Vision
Please note that Limited FSA card will work for Dental and Vision. Medical, Rx, or OTC can be submitted manually if the required minimum amount has been already used for the HSA. Make sure you read and understand the Plan Rules. Check the box(es) and click ‘Continue’. Please note that if your employer offers a DCA plan you will be required to accept the rules of the DCA plan even if you are not enrolling in it.

Depending on your plan, there may be multiple reimbursement options.
If debit card is selected, then also select an alternative reimbursement method.

Select the Dependent(s) to receive Debit Cards (if applicable).

Check your information carefully
Check your information carefully. When complete and accurate click ‘Submit’.

The Enrollment Confirmation will display with the option to ‘Print’
The Enrollment Confirmation will display with the option to ‘Print’. The ‘Next Steps’ document will also be available to view.

Important Note Be sure to complete the entire process until you see the Confirmation page or your information will be lost. Please note if you are going to enroll in the HSA, you need to start back at the beginning and follow the HSA PowerPoint instructions You can always return to make changes later!

Updating Enrollment You may change your enrollment data as many times as you wish until the end of the “Open Enrollment Period”.
