Who is the perfect customer? (managers within SME’s, CFO’s etc) What Advantage’s niche is? (Business Solutions and IT + Microsoft Software) Research and follow those businesses/decision makers relevant to your target niche (500 max a month) Using Twitter search to find followers searching for terms such as “Business Solutions + IT”, “Microsoft Dynamics”, “Microsoft Dynamics NAV” etc Unfollow those followers that don’t follow you back which can be managed through Manage Flitter Identifying influencers/key people within your sector Using klear.com to find these people which we can add to a Twitter list and look to engage with them going forwards. Start regularly tweeting out content to your audience Inspirational quotes, pictures, videos of webinars Promotion of upcoming events and webinars Retweeting and sharing out third party links from websites such as Business Matters, Microsoft etc Promoting blog content through this channel Engaging with followers/influencers and sharing cutting edge industry views Supported with the use of Twitter advertising where appropriate Followers campaign using the same target audience as above

LinkedIn LinkedIn Identify Advantage Business System’s niche
Who are the key decision makers within businesses? (CFO’s, Finance Officers etc) Research target key decision makers/individuals within your target audience Using LinkedIn search or a premium account Connect with them and then use personalised InMail to invite them to like your page (limit this approach) Research key influencers within the software/IT industry that could help spread the word Using existing research from Twitter Cision and other channels Start to comment on their posts/updates to build a rapport LinkedIn Groups Use Individuals or company profile account to participate in LinkedIn groups though contribution and discussion with other members. Cloud computing, CRM experts, SAP business one Create your own LinkedIn group with a company profile to share useful industry information only. Regular posting through company page – blog content, upcoming events, webinars, industry leading information Supported by the use of follow ad campaigns, sponsored InMail, sponsored content where appropriate.
