2. Objective of the Training C1
As Facilitators on Social Entrepreneurship and Ideation Camps (Train the trainers):
2 trainers (preferrable from their organization) selected by each partner organization, will be trained by the Experts from partner organizations as facilitators on the methodology to develop these IDEANNOVASHIP Camps for Youth.
From every partner, 1 teacher/coacher will be present at the meeting room to perform the "training of the trainers"
At the end of the training program, the 12 workers will be able to organize and facilitate ideation camps for young people on their countries.

10. ADDED VALUE EXPECTED
With the capacity building activity or FTP-SE Program, Youth Workers will develop capacities in the field of facilitator on social entrepreneurship ideation camps.
They will be able to organize ideation camps, which are the core activity of the Project.
This capacity building activity will also help the project to contribute to the sustainability of the project thanks to the facilitator training.
