A3 to D3 Ensure Column Widths are wide enough to hold contents and centre align cells A3 to D3. D10 AutoSum Remove the formula in cell D10 and replace it with AutoSum button. Home Rename the worksheet Home. Home Park Make a copy of worksheet Home and rename it Park. Park D11 (per child calculation) In the Park worksheet edit the formula in cell D11 (per child calculation) to divide by 10. Park Edit the data in columns A, B and C on the Park worksheet so that it looks like this: Birthday3.xlsx Save the spreadsheet as Birthday3.xlsx
