3. Fat AP & Fit AP
Fat AP combines multiple functions of WLAN in one, which makes it complex structured device and able to work dependently.
Fat AP has complex structure and is hard to centralized management. All wireless network solution is completed by individual fat ap based on wired network.
Fit AP can merely provide single function, which makes it unable to work independently
Fit AP has “zero-config”and all the configuration is concentrated in Access Controller, which makes it easy to centralized management. All wireless network solution is completed by integrated fit ap and controller.
