4. Accu-Rate Overview
The IES Accu-Rate module is an exciting tool for creating and managing your customer rates. In this one module, you can download your customers’ rates from an Excel Spreadsheet and fully automate your rating process by adding accessorials, setting up fuel surcharge and/or mileage overrides, establishing Hazmat rates and much more. IES Accu-Rate works alongside IES® Computerized Rating. When you rate your bills, the system will look first for rates in IES Accu-Rate. If rates aren’t found there, it looks in Computerized Rating. If the system gets the line haul rate from Computerized Rating, it will then look back at IES Accu-Rate for accessorial.
