SITUATION
When TIQ started capturing information to help its users automate their time sheets, it encountered sources based on integrations with ICS calendar URLs, SMTP servers, and on-premises Office 2013 Add-ins. This resulted in a solution that was hard to roll out in bigger companies because of scaling and security issues. As a result, TIQ started focusing on customers that were already in the cloud with their Office suite.

Thanks to active directory synchronization, TIQ’s users enjoy the convenience of Office 365 single sign-on to access TIQ.
