Used as an antiseptic in first aid

4 Zinc Needed in diet to stay healthy, helps your body fight off infection and illness Lack of zinc in children can lead to weak bones Helps make new cells and enzymes; process carbohydrates, fat and protein in food Found in beef, pork, dark meat in chicken, shellfish, dairy products, legumes, nuts, beans, split peas, and lentils

5 Sodium chloride (salt)
Naturally found in all foods Added to processed (packaged) foods such as cereal, snacks, and and canned veggies Needed to keep fluids in the body balanced Helps the body digest food
