3 Wrestling is not a sport. It is a way of life.
Wrestling is the only contact sport at our school where Student Athletes compete as individuals. Challenges character and develops self reliance. It is not for everyone! The season is short most of our Student Athletes will be done by the end of February. To reach the next level we must extend the season.

5 My Coaching Style and Philosophy
Student Athlete Centered “No way is way” Build a strong base of fundamentals and branch off from there Training to “level up” the team as a whole Parent-Athlete-Coach Triangle Open Communication On Stage: Off Stage Tournaments are a way to demonstrate mastery of skills developed in practice sessions No Negative Coaching Some of our athletes may not compete in tournaments The Door is never closed

Includes visit with MD, DO, NP, or PA on May 1, 2017 or later Middle School on previous grade of record (Quarter 1 Report Card)

Only scheduled fundraiser # of burpees in 60 minutes Pledges Can earn free or purchase spirit wear
