Siphindumiso Consulting was established in 2013 with the aim of providing financial and management accounting, business consulting, taxation and advisory services to SME; We are a Division of Siphindumiso Holdings (Pty) Ltd (Reg. number 2013/210250/07); We are 100% black owned business, a level 1 B_BBEE contributor with 50% women representative; and Business is managed and run by Siphiwe Mthembu, who has over 18 years of Accounting and Financial Management experience, and Bcom Honours in Management Accounting qualification and a CIMA Strategic Case Study Level candidate. Mission Our mission is to be the Accountants of choice and the "GO TO” Finance Business Partners for SME sector, allowing them to save money and time, ensure compliance with laws and to make valuable management decisions from financial decision support we provide.

Processing of all payroll transactions and updating of staff & leave details; Reconciliation of payroll transactions to source documents; Generations and distribution of payslips to employees weekly / monthly; Sending of payment file to the bank for employee net pay & 3rd party payments i.e. SARS; Department of Labour; Pension fund; Medical aid; PAYE; SDL & UIF registrations; Filing and submission of monthly SARS - PAYE; Department of Labour - UIF returns which is due by 7th of each month; Filing and submission of monthly SARS - EMP201 return which is due by 7th of each month; and Interim and final EMP501 reconciliation.
