Link and coordinate prenormative research aspects to regulations under development, in particular:
To support the GTR development on the field of research in a global context
To identify future research needs and priorities in the pre-normative field (FP7)

4. Expectations
Further step towards consensus among stakeholders in the definition of :
Priorities of prenormative research
Timeline - a R&D « roadmap » with respect to the needs of regulations development
