GPA and Senior Grades Complete A-G requirements for CSU admission Submit your SAT and/or ACT scores to CSUAPPLY What’s your academic GPA – GPA Status: More than 3.0 09-12 GPA: Review GPA on your profile Current GPA status includes grades from last semester Final Grades from Spring 2018 semester will be factor in at the end of the year to determine eligibility for the MAP scholarship

Enrollment & Attendance
Enrollment Criteria: Enrollment Eligibility: YES Must be enrolled in our district for 4 years of high school 98% Attendance Attendance: 98% or above Even excused absences will bring overall % down, Attend some make up days for these as well Only days not impacting overall attendance are school fieldtrips or other school business. If your current overall percent is less than 98%, then attendance from this year can still be improved to reach 100% by coming to Cougar Academies or Saturday Schools Upcoming Dates: Jan 20, 27, Feb 3, 10, 24, March 3, 10, 17, April 7, 14, 28 May 5, 12, 26

Participation in School or Community Activities
Must earn a minimum of 100 hours of community service or participation in extra-curricular school activities over the 4 years of high school Pick up community service log form Letters verifying hours are acceptable as long as they include number of hours and a signature Turn in the hours you have completed to date by February 15th Make sure you have obtain verification signatures Turn forms in to your counselor Turn in any additional logs by the FINAL deadline: May 1st Do NOT wait until the last minute

Financial Aid Must submit FAFSA or Dream Act Application
Deadline is March 2nd FAFSA Assistance Career Center Thursdays during Ext. Period and Lunch Feb 15, 2017 Counselors in Available in Career Center See your Counselor Bring your 2016 tax information If you have a SSN, make sure you bring it with you

College Readiness Must be deemed ready to take college level English & Math Many ways to demonstrate- all outlined in MAP Profile: Appropriate score in SAT or ACT Earned an exception through last Spring’s CAASP/EAP scores If conditional status was earned in CAASP/EAP or with a SAT/ACT score, then complete exemption by earning C or better in both semesters of appropriate course
