Plan N - Option of HSA or HRA but BOTH Qualify for HQ Funds, If auto-enrolled since were NOT active, will get HRA

Process starts with Physician submitting claim for your service to the carrier
TIP: once receive EOB (This is not a bill) paperwork, credits should load
