Instructional Coaches
NTC tool: 1174 is the number of people, some of the minutes are multiplied. For example if a coach works with a group of 6 people for 20 minutes, the tool calculates 6 x 20 = 120 minutes of interaction.
17
Building Facilitators
6/7 same NTC tool, 7th uses a Google Form so not all minutes/recordings are the same
18
Curriculum Leads Google Form, no multiplier for minutes
19
Induction Coaches GWAEA’s expectation for Induction Coaches is a minimum of 180 minutes/month with a goal of minutes per month per new teacher. 100% of our new/beginning teachers are engaging in “High Leverage Practices” with their Induction Coaches: observation cycles, lesson planning, analyzing student work, and/or inquiry cycle action planning.
