C (say) Makes two sounds: /k/ and /s/
Makes the /s/ sound before “e” and “i” only. Otherwise it says /k/. Ejemplo: /k/ Carro, Capo, Carne /s/ Ciencias, Cenicero, Cine

D (theh) Makes a soft /th/ sound. domingo Dobla Describe

G (hay) Makes two sounds
Makes the sound /h/ before “e” and “i” only. Otherwise it says /g/. Ejemplo: /g/ Grande, Garaje, Goma /h/ Gemelo, Gente, Germen

J (hota) Makes an English /h/ sound Jardín Jamón Jalapeño

LL (ay-yay) Double “L” makes a /y/ sound. Llama Tortilla Quesadilla

Ñ (en-yay) Makes a blended sound /ny/
The “squiggly” is called a tilde. Niño Baño Ñame

R (aire) Sounds like /d/ unless it’s at the beginning of a word. At the beginning, it rolls. Ejemplo: /d/ Pero Caro Árbol roll: Rojo Ratón Robar

V, B (Bay) pequeño y grande
Both of these letters have the same name. They often make the same sound. Some Latin Americans reverse the English sounds. Bebida Verde Voliból
