The inventory inquiry screen displays item stock  You can set the Out of Stock flag from there and SMS start counting the lost sales  The count function allow you to enter the physical inventory count  The inventory adjustment allow you to enter the wastes  You can also enter the back-store inventory  You can put away to the back-store or pickup from the back-store
