Created to help CNAs with success skills like: Organization & Time Management Leadership Professionalism Communication Critical Thinking & Conflict Resolution Open Education Resource (OER) DPHHS and Headmaster Review Marketed to long term care and CNA training facilities 5 minute videos intended to address topics, get everyone thinking Facilities have copies of MP4 to use and share 44 facilities currently using the modules

4 How to use the modules Orientation: in conjunction with your facility’s materials (25 mins) In-Service: watch and discuss in a large group (45 mins) Self-paced training: with post-test (45 mins) One-on-one: as needed (5-10 mins) Your expertise: How would you use the modules? Let me know!
