Your Role Complete SafeSport online training (once every 2 years – will NOT receive DIB hours if not completed) Liason between WFHA, your team’s coaches and the parents Contact with outside associations limited to games/tournaments only Concerns/complaints should be communicated through WFHA Board members PeeWee, Bantams, 12U & 15U – send original copy of score sheet to state for all HOME League Games (stamps & envelopes in tall file cabinet in WFHA office)

Your Role (cont.) NO KIDS or PARENTS to move hockey nets for zamboni (refs job) Distribute only WFHA awards NO ONE UNDER 18 allowed in off-ice area (i.e. scoring or penalty box) Have link to current official roster from WFHA (if roster changes over course of season, it is automatically updated) Update team website with pertinent information to parents (i.e. add events to calendar, directions to arenas, group events, etc.)

Home Games Set up Off-Ice Officiating for parents Bring score book Get pucks & cooler from freezer in WFHA office prior to game Acquire 4 team roster stickers from opposing team Return original copy of score sheet to WFHA office to be sent to NDAHA by Monday

Home Games Setting up Off-Ice Officiating for families Get 3-4 pucks from freezer from WFHA office before game (coolers inside) Get roster stickers from opposing team for book (4) Have referee’s sign book and check off at end of games Mail home league game original to secretary at NDAHA (link to info on team manager page) Return pucks & cooler to freezer at end of game Get pink copy of game sheet to opposing team Complete live scoring if able (also located on link on team manager page)

Away Games/Tournaments
Bring team binder Bring team roster stickers Provide 4 team roster stickers to home team/tournament registration table for game Have current official NDAHA roster/link available Tournaments collect gate fees from each family (different from registration fee) collect apparel orders/payments provide tournament coordinator with information requested pictures will be available through a link from Best of Times Stampede logo for tournaments on team manager page (registered trademark)
