7. FOREST HILLS WEST
Design and permitting complete. Project includes upsized pipes, new pipes, reconstructed inlets and curbing. This project, along with the Forest Hills Outfall project, which must precede it, would lower anticipated flooding levels such that all 14 of the at-risk residential structures in the Forest Hills west basin would be removed from the 100-year floodplain
