Twitter-outlet for promotion to announce life updates of where the truck is and daily specials/discounts Sushero app-includes a live map of where the truck is located, menu, order through app option Web enabled technologies is a component of BPM which is why it is important for our company to have a social media base Porter’s Competitive Forces includes Buyers buying power, which has increased due to technology so we want to persuade customers that they can get the best quality sushi quickly at a good price with Sushero

4 Placement Easily accessible schedule on app to inform customers on where the truck is located on campus each day Compared to Torero tu Go, Sushero goes to more locations for longer USD Delivery or pick up option order on our app Sushero

5 Service Enhancements Outbound Logistics: As a food truck, food will be delivered fresh to the customer minutes after being ordered. If they order delivery from the app, they will get their food from an employee with insulated packaging to ensure the food is fresh and intact. Operations: We will have multiple experienced chefs working on our food truck to ensure quality service as well as a kitchen equipped with appliances and fresh ingredients. Customer Service: Via the Sushero app, customers can view an FAQ and ask their own questions via a chat section. There is also a phone number available.

6 Competitive Advantage
Main Focus: Differentiation-Our product is going to stand out because of the placement of our locations and varied delivery options. Secondary Focus: Operational Effectiveness-We plan to deliver the product within 3 minutes of waiting, in a clean and neat package. We will also dedicate several members of our team to delivery for our customers who cannot make it to our posted locations at a certain time to generate more business.
