Reviewed our position 3 strategic grants/commissions to be made, £20k per organisation per year for 3 years 3 Tier Grant Making – 30% of all grants made to be addressing the chosen priority themes Vital Signs would be used as a strategic guide to giving Existing donors would be asked to support our three priority themes Applications to grant making bodies would be submitted to match fund our contribution Development would focus on the three priority areas as when engaging new donors Use Vital Signs to increase our presence with the Local Authority Give the finding to organisations to use in their funding bids and track if they were successful in attracting new money. New Priority Funding Themes Housing and Homelessness Strong Communities Tackling Disadvantage and Exclusion
