Booking Weekly Karaoke / DJ’s / Singers / Comedy Acts / Drag Queens / Advertising / Marketing / Training & Supporting Staff
I built up a gay friendly night on Thursdays for the LGBT Community, and covered a wide range of gay pride events. Whether this was sharing my contacts with other pubs or just being a part of it when I was needed.
Trained up on bar work as well as training others the job role.  Cash Handling, Dealing with the right to refuse, stock taking, stock control/stocking up, managing deliveries, cleaning and tidying up, taking party bookings, answering the phone.
