Conclusions
Goal of PLAN is to align vision and efforts
PLAN version 1 was a difficult exercise, but usual overloaded support groups
have a clearer view of the resources needed,
Are working on solutions to absorb the current workload (& buffer)
Critical points will be reviewed during the LS2C
PLAN version 2 will be launched in the coming days, with the goal to refine the LS2 picture
