11. what do these figures mean?
Lots of efforts have been made in terms of procurement related activities resulting with reasonable stock levels at Central Level.
Unfortunately the good stock levels at Central level does not translate in to good access to Medicines at lower Health Centre level.
This is due to current serious challenges regarding the in Country Pharmaceutical Logistics.
