9 Training TRAINING , a most important element in anybody’s life.
Sw. Bindhyachal Bajpayee Memorial Trust is in operation since last many years, with its one of the objectives, “To make Youth of India , Employable”.  The Government too, wants, employers to focus on Training and develop manpower, thus the Govt. itself have come up with may such initiatives. One of those is – NEEM.  We are supporting for the great cause. The youth become employable while he is earning also. SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

10 Company can engage trainees for the period of 3 months to 3 years.
The study shows that over 10 Lakh youth will enter in a labour force in India every month, and they will not have any experience and hence will not be considered for employment, however , we will help them to become employable through NEEM training, they will get very good on the job training in the reputed organizations. Most importantly it is very useful for the employers and organizations. Company can engage trainees for the period of 3 months to 3 years. They will be there for 3 years so that the company will not loose on expertise. In turn trainee will get good and in depth knowledge of that particular job. SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

11 One who has completed min qualification of 10th can be considered.
On completion of training they will find jobs elsewhere, there is no employee employer relationship during training period mentioned above. When the companies absorb the regular manpower , the NEEM trainees who have completed training of 3 years are the best option , they get to choose the best, the knowledgeable and disciplined person for their work. 12 WHO CAN BE A NEEM TRAINEE
Candidates should be between 18 to 35 years Completed diploma / degree or pursuing diploma / degree or unemployed. May be studying for degree / diploma or discontinued studies Should be fit SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

13 NORMS OF CONTRACT Between NEEM agent and trainee
Training starts from the date of joining Training is not offer for employment or guarantee for employment Trainee to be paid remuneration / stipend but without standard deduction applicable to regular employment SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

14 TRAINING Will be with an Industry registered with a Neem Agent
3 months to 3 years Period depends upon the nature of the industry SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

15 TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
Upon expiry By 30 days notice By unlawful behaviour or absenteeism NEEM trainee can terminate contract by giving 30 days notice if NEEM agent fails to comply terms of contract Selection of NEEM trainee does not create any employment contract with Agent or Industry SW. 16 PRACTICAL AND BASIC TRAINING
Comprehensive training of the trade on the premises of the employer On the job training to be completed by cloud / satellite etc. as deemed fit by NEEM Agent NEEM trainees have to undergo training for courses designed in consultation with Industry Bodies (NSQF) NEEM Agent can partner with various industries SW. 17 HEALTH AND SAFETY AND WELFARE
All provisions of the applicable Acts to be followed SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

18 HOURS OF WORK, OVERTIME, LEAVE AND HOLIDAYS
Daily, weekly hours of work shall be as per the policy of the employer No working beyond designated hours except with the approval of the designated supervisory authority Trainee entitled to Holidays of the establishment SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

19 LIABILITY FOR COMPENSATION AND INJURY
NEEM trainees are entitled to the benefits of the Employees’ Compensation Act, 1923 SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

20 CONDUCT OF DISCIPLINE NEEM trainees to abide by rules and regulations prescribed by the NEEM Agent or the Industry where they are undergoing training SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

21 POST TRAINING They have to be given a certificate of completion of training After examination they have to be given training skill assessment certificate SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

22 REMUNERATION / STIPEND
Minimum wage of unskilled category No deductions from the lumpsum amount paid as stipend as contract assures training and does not constitute employment SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST

23 DESIGNATED SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY
Shall be NEEM Agent or company where the trainee is placed NEEM Agent has to file monthly report in the prescribed format NEEM agent has to upload Neem trainee data on AICTE Web portal in the prescribed format NEEM agent has to comply with any additional requirement SW. 24 PENALTY If Neem agent violates any provision, then registration can be cancelled or revoked If revoked / cancelled, then no fresh registration for 2 years SW. BINDHYACHAL BAJPAYEE MEMORIAL TRUST
