4 Who what where now ??? What can you do when things are out of your control. What can you do when you need a break. When things are really to much. Stay in control, use the resources. Breathe. Take the break, use your sick leave. It will all be there on your return. Get the professional help.

5 Chelsea's tips for survival.
Take the time to go through the motions and emotions. Accept some things are out of your control. Take your own advice you would give others. Self care JUST DO IT !! Make it a part of your day everyday. Create your own joy. Stop over thinking !!! Cherish those in your life, simply for being in your life. Sleep well, get a better sleep routine. Eat well, eat regularly. Self care is not a 1 time deal. Write self care into your diary make it a part of your day.
