The logistics of the process
After the death of your client… (Ex. Freedom Package - Direct Cremation with memorial service and Wood Urn) Our Funeral Service partners will arrange to pick up the body and transport it back to their Funeral Service Center. After the body is secured at one of their Funeral Service Centers, they begin securing signatures from the beneficiary and filling the necessary paperwork to initiate the process. After signatures have been secured, they then transport the body to the crematory. Once the cremation is complete, the ashes will be delivered or mailed to the family or the location of the memorial service. After the memorial service the ashes will be returned to the beneficiary.

The logistics of the process
After the death of your client… (Ex. Freedom Package W/ Viewing - Direct Cremation with viewing and Wood Urn) Our Funeral Service partners will arrange to pick up the body and transport it back to their Funeral Service Center for embalming. After securing signatures from the beneficiary and filling the necessary paperwork they then begin dressing and casketing the decedent in preparation of the viewing. The casket and decedent will be transported to the location of the viewing that the family has chosen via hearse. Services will be conducted. After the service, the body will be transported to the crematory for cremation. After cremation, the ashes will be taken to their Funeral Service Center and arrangements will be made so that the beneficiary can pick them up or request shipment.

The funeral home Question Answer Who is Tribute
It is a funeral home that is part of a network of funeral service providers we have an exclusive relationship with. Where is Tribute? It is in central TX, but the network of funeral service providers are state wide. Can I have my memorial service there? Because Tribute’s Funeral Service Center manages the entire state of TX, they do not host “on site” memorial services at their facility. How long has Tribute been in business? The trusted network of funeral service providers have been doing business in TX for decades. Why have I never heard of Tribute? They are merely one part of a vast, state wide network, comprised of hundreds of different funeral service providers and vendors. We Focus 100% on Cremations 75- The percentage of Americans that will prefer cremation over burial in 12 years. 87- The percentage of Americans who think pre-arrangements are important. 3- The percentage of Americans who actually own a pre-arrangement policy. 300- The percentage of mark up at a funeral home for “At Needs” products and services. 0- The number of days a family has to begin the funeral and payment process after death. 0- The amount of money available from a life policy before the death certificate issues. 10- The average number of business days it takes for a death certificate in TX to issue. 15- The percentage of the life policy lost in fees if a person transfers it to a funeral home. 3- The rank for “Insurance Agents” among professionals preferred to discuss funeral plans. 12-The rank for “Funeral Directors” among professionals preferred to discuss funeral plans. The Tribute Funeral Home is part of a state wide funeral service network. Our packages are best sold to Current Clients and are perfect for annual reviews. Our packages are best sold as 5 or 10 pay plans in order to fit into a clients budget. There are finance charges on multi pay plans. No different than life insurance. All plans are sold in pre-set packages for simplicity and cost effectiveness. Our services will not be held at a funeral home. This is a growing and popular trend. All of our services sold are listed as: “At other location” (church, home, etc). All pre-need policies in Texas are transferrable outside of our network if a family chooses. Transferrable does not guarantee it will be “Honored” outside of our network. Commissions and Premiums are the same for the Level or Graded Benefit. The majority of people will do a pre-arrangement to prevent a burden on loved ones.

The funeral home Question Answer
Where will these services be conducted? Tribute services anyone anywhere in the state of TX. Tribute clients enjoy the luxury of choosing their preferred location for their memorial service if they choose to have one. However, Tribute does not use funeral homes to conduct these services. Funeral homes can mark-up the cost for use of their chapels by hundreds or thousands of dollars. Instead, Tribute provides on-site service anywhere outside these locations and passes that savings onto their clients since a funeral home is not necessary when choosing cremation. How long will services be honored? There is no time period in which the services must be conducted. Whenever death occurs, the packages will be fulfilled. What if I want to use a different funeral Home? All of our pre-need funeral packages are 100% transferrable if you choose to use a different funeral provider in the future. (our policies are transferable in other states as well) Will other funeral homes honor the same price for this package? The majority do because they want the business, but Tribute cannot guarantee all funeral homes will be as competitively priced as they are. Picking the right package
Easy as 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5. Be an advocate for the client to spend less. “I am here to prevent this from being an expensive emotional sale”. Be an advocate for cremation. “Would you prefer to spent $5, on a casket people see for 60 minutes”? KEEP IT SIMPLE. “Jim, to be honest, I’d say over 90% of our clients just want to take care of the big ticket items and leave the inexpensive items, like flowers and obituaries, to be purchased at the time of passing”. Listen to what they want. Steer them in the direction of the package they are leading you to. 85% of your clients will just the Freedom package Picking the right package
