Reflections . 1. Goal Zero is Achievable.
It is possible but will take time Human interference will dictate the work site safety, crews are only as safe as the weakest link (employee). Even being safe as possible incidents will still happen. 2. My feedback to the craft on incidents and trends that occur is being shared regularly. Every incident that occurs is discussed with all employees on project level and on other spreads with the company. 3. As management, I visibly and actively drive safety from the top down to the field. It is in everyone's best interest to do the job safely. Everyone in our company is working to get the job done as safely as possible. 4. My company’s management is familiar with Shell’s safety requirements. Safety is a lifestyle every company should follow. Shell leads in safety. 5. We hold our subcontractors and staff accountable to the same HSSE standards. We hold subs to the same standards we hold As a subcontractor to our company they are inherently part of our company All contractors & sub contractors are not held to the same standard. Hauling pipe, lift standards, etc. have been witnessed being different. 6. As leadership in my company, I support my crews in their decisions related to safety. Everyone has to say I feel our company and crews have the knowledge and expertise to perform their job safely and efficiently. Many times without outside pressure and influence. 7. I find value in our weekly group safety meetings. Things change every hour 8. Safety always takes priority over schedule on the project. On Numerous projects I have witnessed gas companies throw safety and quality out of the window when the end goal equates to money. All safety & quality protocols are ignored. No gas company has proven me wrong. 9. I see a continuous improvement in my company’s safety program. Our company has had big improvements and have handled the big increase in Shell's Safety Standards. . Footer Date Month 2016

Reflections 1. Goal Zero is achievable Everyone, Everywhere, Home Safe
I think its possible as individuals but you can't depend on the actions of others. If you take all precautions and due planning and with proper safety planning. I'm aware there is a minimum exposure that can't be avoided but we will try for a safe job. 2. I am committed to achieving zero incidents. I want to go home safe every night & I want to see Co Workers home Safe 6. My field manager seeks opportunities to give positive recognition to crew members when they meet/ exceed his/her expectations. I mean, I haven’t received a goalie award yet… 7. My management supports me in my decisions with safety. I have stop work authority 9. In the past 12 months I use more safe behaviors. I always try to be as safe as possible 10. I believe I can intervene or stop the job without getting in trouble. Only when there is unsafe work habits in play. Have used Stop Work Authority I believe my supervisors will overrule my decision.
