Goalie Award Winner July 2016 Emilio Mora Elkhorn Pipeline Services Emilio was sweeping for line crossings on the WB-KR Connector project when he found areas of where previous potholing had taken place. The previous potholes had not been back filled. The holes were fairly large and not easily seen due to vegetation growth. He notified Elkhorn and Shell leadership of the hazard. All holes were marked with t-post and orange safety fence to warn others of the open hole hazard. Had it not been for his actions the hazard would have been left as an exposure to others.
