Notebook Entry: To the right is a picture of a jackal and a bird. What do you think is going on between these two animals in the picture?
A jackal scares away a scavenging bird during a harsh Bulgarian winter. According to Your Shot photographer Sergey Zlatkov, the jackal had been feasting on a dead animal nearby, and didn't want to share.

Draw a diagram of your boat on a whiteboard. Include dimensions.
I expect everyone in the group to present some part of your solution brief so make a plan for this!
I will test your boat as part of your presentation.

Make sure you understand the information they present. If you do not, ASK QUESTIONS!!!!!!
Be careful to ask your questions and make your suggestions respectfully.

4. Build a Better Boat 2 – Reflect Questions
Work independently to answer the reflect questions.
Write your answers in complete sentences.
Staple the Build a Better Boat 2 Records page to the Solution Briefing & Reflect Question page.
Turn in the two pages when you are finished.
If you do not finish in class you need to finish the questions for homework and turn them in tomorrow.
