1. Dennitsa Dimitrova– speaker biography
Dennitsa has over 10 years of experience in the area of indirect taxation. Prior joining Deloitte, she was part of the teams of one of the largest international tax outsourcing providers and also of other big 4 companies where she managed number of tax projects for major international groups in the energy sector.
Dennitsa has expertise in the Bulgarian and EU tax indirect system, excise duties and EU customs. She has extensive experience in the area of compliance, tax control procedures, negotiations with the revenue authorities and tax litigation.
As a part of her professional achievements as excise duty and customs advisor, Dennitsa assisted for the successful completion of several offshore drilling campaigns performed in the Black Sea (Exclusive Economic Zone of Bulgaria).
Dennitsa has a Master Degree in Law and Oxford Diploma in Accounting and Finance with ACCA.
