Britain and France disagreed with Wilson’s peace proposal.
Both nations wanted to strip Germany of war making power.

Adopted Wilson’s 14th point with the creation of League of Nations
Punished Germany by restricting military operations, loss of valuable land, take full responsibility of war, and had to pay reparations to Allies.
