Better cooperation and collaboration with ICAO to enhance the security and facilitation of air cargo by closing the gaps and mitigating the risk Joint initiatives Joint training Joint Brochure Joint Conference Joint Communique Joint Working Group (JWGACI on PLACI) Joint Pilot on AEO – RA/KC Institutions/Entities or Individuals that can be internal or external and that may directly/indirectly and positively/negatively affect or be affected by an initiative, change or project/programme

Developed Cargo Targeting System (CTS) – IT application to enable risk assessment and targeting across all Customs risks from manifest data AEO programme - MRA E-Commerce Working Group Working with Universal Postal Union Working with United Nations Office of Drugs & Crime – Container Control Programme Interoperability of NII equipment (future) IMPORTANCE: Enables mutual understanding and value exchange, including enabling us to undertake our mandate Stakeholders will feel ownership of our business process if they are involved in contributing their experiences & point of view They have legitimate interest in policy formulation, including support for our Reforms and Modernization effort They are entitled to information that may affect them for transparency, which may make them proactive partners in longer term. WCO Environment Programme – focuses on Illegal Wildlife Trade; illegal logging & Illegal and unregulated shipment of solid and other waste WCO member of United for Wildlife Transportation Task Force (i.e. the Royal Foundation’s Bucking Palace Declaration) WCO with IATA (both Task Force members) completed two airport assessments in 2016 and made recommendations regarding policies, procedures, equipment, best practices etc. in strengthening the fight against IWT IMPORTANCE: Enables mutual understanding and value exchange, including enabling us to undertake our mandate Stakeholders will feel ownership of our business process if they are involved in contributing their experiences & point of view They have legitimate interest in policy formulation, including support for our Reforms and Modernization effort They are entitled to information that may affect them for transparency, which may make them proactive partners in longer term.
